A wonderful piece of textile art! Using a placemat from the thrift store as a basis, I knitted 4 cotton pieces and started creating a textile city map. Ragged braid, beads, felt and shiny fabrics complete the picture. Everything 100% recycled and hand-sewn/hand knitted.
