NOIR series no1 Painting

Andrea Reichhart is a professional contemporary artist based in Germany who graduated from the Conservatory of the Arts in Amsterdam/Netherlands studying jazz vocals. "I see so much beauty in raw shapes, they are my creative compass" is her artist statement. Her background as a profiled jazz singer and songwriter touring in Germany and Europe is a strong and unique influence for her art. Following the beauty of simplicity is her compass: the charisma of a raw shape, the radiance of lush colors and washed hues, the expressive and rough line of a black brushstroke. She approaches art like she sings jazz: intuitive, playful and fully present to what she feels in that very moment. Trusting the process and immersing in a dance of shape, color and flowing lines. She seeks to create paintings with a focus on aesthetics, minimalism and a modern, bold expression. So it does not take over a room, but becomes part of the home with a timeless expression and harmonious radiance. Works on commission are welcome.
